A new Campaign will start shortly with g24 and GP.

G24 will be trying to make amends for the very serious error of not keeping a garrison in the Capital - that will not happen again !.

GP, would you please confirm you want to go with France, if so I might take Austria.

Game play pages are under construction and can be found here :

OK GP, I will take Austria, I don't think I've played a Campaign with them yet.

I will start to get the pages ready, then we can start when there done, it will take a little while untill the first battles anyway, by then we should be using the latest update to CB32.

GP V Gunner24 a regular event in the wiki.
France looks like a better option with the changes brought by CB321.
Have fun guys

May I suggest, in order to reduce this delay, to augment the k movement?
For example at 160, until at the latest when a first possible battle arrives or when the umpire decides to return to 80k movement.

Good idea GP, how about the first FOUR moves each are allowed to be 160k movement ?.

Then they go back to normal, as the forces get closer.

I suppose you mean turns in place of moves.

I agree for beginning. After we can see if this allowance may be usefully prolonged.
The way I suggested doesn't please you? :)

It could be applied to all NEW games as they start, to help get things moving.....FOUR turns at 160k per turn gives you full movement (2 grids) of 40k x 4 x four times, this should be enough, but if contact is still a long way off it could be extended to the first 5 or 6 turns, lets use this g24 v GP game as a "live" test - lets see how it goes, before I add it to the wiki rules.

The map is ready for deployment.

http://ntw2.wikispaces.com/G15_G24vGP_MAP

All formations will start on the map in the top or bottom FIVE rows.
A TOTAL of 80k may be moved each turn.
A max of 40k per grid.
500,000 florins total.

SPECIAL rule : The first FOUR moves will be allowed at 160k per turn, rather than the normal 80k per turn.

Dear mates. The doctor comes to leave. He is formal, I must cease all activities too stressful.

I am therefore in the sad duty to abandon my parts of Wiki. The CB battles are too exhausting for my nervous system faltering.

If ever a day, a year, a decade LG will play in PBEM, I hope you meet again on a battlefield.
I will continue to read the news assiduously and replay your CB-games with greatest pleasure.

Best regards, gp.

GP, a real pity you had to give up your Wiki / CB games, but we now have a replacement for you in game 15.......Richard Sharpe will take over and use Britain.

As Sharpe and I are both in team Britain, none of our wiki battles will count towards the CB league results, but I'm sure they are going to be very exciting.....Sharpe has beaten me in 3 of the last 4 CB games we have had so I am out looking for an early battle win in this wiki Campaign.

Sounds a good idea to me,
From what i have seen of Sharpeys play Prussia would suit more than the tricky Russians who require a slightly different style of play.
