For Moopere, will it be possible to ensure that the version 4 update is done as a "patch" to version 3.2 ?........what I mean is, I think that it should remain as CB32 so no one has to change folder names or do new installs etc etc.....with all the problems people have had with getting CB to work, I would very strongly suggest that the v4 update is no more than the new files downloaded into the CB32 data folder, please, please, please don't make version 4 a whole new install or we risk losing people.

There is nothing more simple than to download a few files and move them into CB32 data....that is all we need.

Okay folks. A decent proposal. Given this V4 will magically morph into v3.2.1 when it comes to installation and therefore remain in the CB32 directory.

As it seems unlikely at this late stage that we'll get any further updates from TheLordz for NTW2 we can pretty safely get away with this suggestion. In the past it made good sense to update CB when NTW2 itself got updated...and the safest way to do this was to copy a known working NTW2 with all the changes that might have come along.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Cheers,
Moo

Sorry. I wished to correct "least" to "last" and clicked mistakenly "quote"!

Now I clicked rightly "edit" for adding this comment.

Mm. I had hoped that the beta at least would appear -before- Christmas, however, I'm seriously running out of time now so after seems more likely.

Stay tuned, I only need a couple more solid days of no interruptions and the beta will appear as if by magic. Its finding the free time thats the issue.

Regards, M.
