Seems like, there are 2 announcements with the heading "NWG ETW Community rules - vote" on nwg steam group, on purpose or with a mistake?

Hmm. No, a mistake, thanks for bring it up I've deleted it now. Strange that it had a timestamp almost an hour after the original post.

Anyway, no harm done.

Regards, M

They are certainly easier to understand, but I disagree that they are better. The general state of ETW 'no rules' games is appalling. I played a couple recently just to remind myself what vanilla ETW was like (after playing NBG mod for so long). Its bad out there, really disappointing. The average 'no rules' game I was part of seemed to involve all heavy cavalry except 4 (or more) units of mortars.

oh, and of course no-one would attack.

Sheesh. Can't wait for NBG to work with the 1.3 patch and get back to some sanity.

Regards, M.

Vanilla, with people you don't know, is the ultimate waste of time - rules or no rules.

It didn't takes us very long to find this out hey Gunner :D

At the end of the day a hell of lot of people out there are just playing an ""online game"" nothing more nothing less.

History or what warfare this game is trying to represent are completely and totally irrelevant
